Your job as a property manager is more than a little complicated. Nearly every aspect of what you do affects property value and income potential. Here’s another Squires Electric property management tip! 

The ROI of Curb Appeal cannot be overstated for any commercial property. You may not be selling, but Curb Appeal can significantly improve the value of your property and surrounding neighborhood, which in turn attracts quality tenants. In particular, you should look at:

• Proper lighting. This helps tenants & visitors avoid slips, falls and tripping,  minimizing the risk of liability. Well-lit parking and walkways also convey safety and security. 
• Landscaping. Well-placed trees & shrubs in front of windows can cut heating AND cooling costs.  (We can’t help with your landscaping, but we’re happy to create a lighting plan to show it off).
